Returns

All of our products are MADE TO ORDER, and are designed, cut, and sewn, in house - completely under one roof. Our current lead time for made-to-order products is 4-9 days.

Within 2 weeks of recieving your order, a return may be requested via info@discodharma.com with a detailed description of the issue.

Any claims must be submitted after the product has been received within 2 weeks. Anything after that date, claims will not be accepted. 

In order to process returns and exchanges, you must have the following in the package being sent back to us

* All returned products must be new, unworn, unwashed, and all tags attached.

* Must have the original packaging and packing slip.

* We do not issue refunds back to original form of payment. All returns will be issued as digital store credit.

*Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original delivery charges are non-refundable.

IF YOU PURCHASED DISCO DHARMA PRODUCTS AT ONE OF YOUR RETAIL LOCATIONS AND NEED TO RETURN/EXCHANGE THEM. CAN I SEND THEM BACK TO YOU INSTEAD?

Please note, we do not accept returns for any merchandise manufactured from another retail store or wholesale source. Each store has their own policies or term of service, so returns must be directed to the specific place of purchase.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

* All custom leggings are final sale. No returns, exchanges, or credit will be offered.

* Due to COVID-19 we will not accept ANY returns or exchanges on Sports Bras, Sports Tanks, or t-shirts

* Seasonal/Holiday Products

* Gift Cards

SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges vary depending on your location and will be specified in your cart during checkout. Please keep in mind our products are hand crafted and that orders may take 4-9 business days to be fulfilled.* During times of holiday and sales, we can gain high volumes of orders to process and may take longer than usual time for fulfillment. 

 

**Our business days and hours are Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm; excluding weekends and holidays. 

 

Lost/Missing Packages:

After your order is shipped, please allow 2-3 business days for delivery. If you have not received your order within the expected time, and/or haven't received any information about delays, please consider the following before contacting us.

* Weather conditions or holiday that may have affected times of transit.

* Look for an attempted delivery notice from FedEx or UPS

* Ask neighbors and relatives if they have accepted the package on your behalf.

If the issue can not be identified or resolved, please contact us so we may varify the shipping address was correct. However, after the shipment has left the Disco Dharma facility, we are not responsible for missing packages, and urge you to contact the mail carrier to file a claim if you believe it has been lost in transit.
